I was at the last in Canada. I was aimpressed by The Blind Boys singing. Can't wait to hear the guys. By the way, I'm a drummer and will try to pickup on some of your techniques. Your drums sounded great at the last concert.

I am a teacher who likes to have his students celebrate those who have helped 'pave the way' musically for today's artists. Last weekend, two of 'my kids' Jerome and Jesse met with Ricky and they talked about life, music and growing up.
Both have great respect for you Ricky as do I so THANK YOU for the words of wisdom. Jerome especially liked, "Reach for the stars but if you hit the branches at the top of the tree, at least you have left the ground". He wrote it down and now keeps it in his wallet.
